Sharing access to assets

 Depending on the services outlined in your contract, please work through this page to ensure you've shared all relevant accounts with us. 

For example, if you are on our Meta Ads and Retention service, you will need to follow the Meta and Klaviyo access sharing steps below.

1. Sharing your Meta Ad assets

2. Sharing your TikTok account assets

If you are unable to share your ad account, there will be a section in the onboarding form later to fix this.

3. Sharing your Klaviyo email account

4. Sharing your Pinterest ad account

5. Sharing your Google ad account

If you are on our Google Ads service, there will be a section in the onboarding form (step 4) where you can send us your 10-digit Google ad account ID. This will allow us to easily send you an access request and make it less work for you.
